Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd in 1981) is an South African model, actress and a TV personality. Brandt was a model and actress who started her career as an actor in New Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom she made her American debut with the role as Naevia as part of the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was a part of numerous television series in the past decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt began playing Mazikeen (the role performed by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer at the beginning of 2016. Brandt was raised in Cape Town South Africa. Later, in her late teens, she moved along with her parents in Auckland New Zealand. Brandt's profession began as a model when she appeared in magazine and television advertisements. Before she became a successful model, Brandt was a saleswoman working in retail and an information-technology recruitment consultant. In 2009 she was cast as a character on an New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. In the year 2021, her first major role came in the role of Naevia the slave girl in the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. In addition, she reprised the Naevia character in the prequel Miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began playing an elusive demon called Mazikeen in the Netflix hit series Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer is her most famous role up to now. In the show, she stars with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
Maria Bartiromo has a number of popular TV shows she has a track record of. She is the first American to stream live from her home on the New York Stock Exchange. Over the course of her twenty-year career as a journalist, Bartiromo played an important role in establishing the television channel CNBC as one of the most prominent in economic and business coverage. The success of her journalistic career can make it appear as if Maria was always meant to pursue a career in journalistic work. Maria had a difficult time deciding which path she should pursue as an adult woman. In one day, she was going to sing, and the next day an interior designer. But when she discovered the thrill journalism has to offer, there was no turning back. She is a great journalist, but she's also an inspiration for women who want to make it in largely male-dominated fields. As well as being recognized as one of fifty faces that shaped the decade, she is the first female journalist to ever get inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame. Also, she is a journalist and an author.
